Актуальность. Лейкоплакия мочевого пузыря является редким заболеванием, а в детской урологической практике упоминания о нём единичны. Подавляющее большинство опубликованных сегодня исследований основаны на описании отдельных клинических случаев, большие же серии наблюдений, охватывающие значительный временной промежуток, описываются крайне редко. В связи с этим, данные об этиологии, распространённости, диагностике и лечении заболевания противоречивы и основаны в большинстве своём на изучении пациентов взрослого возраста.Материалы и методы. В статье приведено описание клинического случая лейкоплакии мочевого пузыря у подростка.Результаты. Представлен случай диагностики и лечения пациентки 14 лет с лейкоплакией мочевого пузыря. Диагноз лейкоплакии был подтверждён с помощью цистоскопии и биопсии поражённого участка, после которых была выполнена трансуретральная резекция участка мочевого пузыря.Заключение. Диагностика лейкоплакии мочевого пузыря в детском возрасте затруднительна ввиду неспецифичности симптоматики и редкой встречаемости заболевания. Оптимальным методом лечения заболевания является трансуретральная резекция зоны лейкоплакии и динамическое наблюдением в дальнейшем.

Relevance. Leukoplakia of the bladder is a rare disease, particularly in children. Most studies are based on individual clinical cases, and there are few descriptions of the disease in pediatric practice. Data on the etiology, prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment of the disease are contradictory and are based on adult patients.Materials and methods. This article describes a clinical case of bladder leukoplakia in childhood.Results. A case of diagnosis and treatment of a 14-year-old patient with leukoplakia of the bladder is presented. The diagnosis of leukoplakia was confirmed by cystoscopy and biopsy of the affected area, after which transurethral resection was performed.Conclusion. Diagnosis of bladder leukoplakia in childhood is difficult because of the nonspecific nature of the symptoms and the rare occurrence of the disease. The optimal method for the treatment of bladder leukoplakia is transurethral resection of the leukoplakia zone and dynamic follow-up.
