Современная медицина сталкивается с серьёзной проблемой — последствиями цефалических расстройств, которые, несмотря на относительно низкую летальность, существенно влияют на общество. Пациенты, страдающие от регулярных приступов мигрени и других видов головной боли, часто оказываются неспособными полноценно учиться и трудиться, что значительно снижает их жизненный потенциал. В наиболее тяжёлых ситуациях единственным выходом становится госпитализация. Неспособность людей с цефалгией эффективно функционировать в повседневной жизни создаёт масштабные экономические и социальные проблемы для всего общества. Данная ситуация требует от системы здравоохранения разработки всесторонних и эффективных методов решения, поскольку затрагивает множество аспектов общественной жизни. Основные задачи литературного обзора — определить распространённость мигрени и головной боли напряжения среди групп обучающихся, разделённых по ряду критериев, выявить ключевые факторы, предрасполагающие к головной боли, а также коморбидные нарушения, особенности анамнеза, имеющие связь с её проявлениями.

Modern medicine is facing a serious problem — the consequences of cephalgic disorders, which, despite the relatively low mortality rate, significantly affect society. Patients suffering from regular migraine attacks and other types of headaches often find themselves unable to fully study and work, which significantly reduces their life potential. In the most difficult situations, hospitalization is the only way out. The inability of people with cephalgia to function effectively in everyday life creates large-scale economic and social problems for the whole society. This situation requires the health care system to develop comprehensive and effective solutions, as it affects many aspects of public life. The main objectives of the literature review are to determine the prevalence of migraine and tension headache among groups of students divided according to a number of criteria, to identify key factors predisposing to headache, as well as comorbid disorders, anamnesis features associated with its manifestations.
